Foodies, take note: this is the weekend for you.

Starting June 28 and running through the 31 is the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival, presented by Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City and the Food Network. Four casinos will feature demonstrations by world-class chefs, parties, seminars, live music, and a Grand Market and Italian Village. Highlights include Restaurant Impossible star Robert Irvine’s invasion of the kitchen at Casa diNapoli, where he’ll put his own twist on foods specific to the Garden State; an organic food and wine tasting, a cheesesteak battle; and Pink My Ride, the 2nd Annual Rolling Chair Relay benefiting Susan G. On June 30, Salt Creek Grille in Princeton hosts its Wine and Dine Festival, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County. Guests can enjoy a wide array of tasty treats from newly appointed executive chef Richard Zukowski while enjoying the music of Billy Hill, Meg Hanson, and Latin jazz band 3-D. Last but most assuredly not least, Independence Day marks the first installment of award-winning chef Scott Anderson’s Pasture to Plate Dinner Series, which runs through September 5. Throughout the series, 26 farms from New Jersey and Pennsylvania will supply Chef Anderson (of elements restaurant in Princeton) with their best meats and produce, which will be transformed into a three-course meal.
